What the Society does

A directory the public can trust

Members are listed with their education, years in practice, languages and areas of practice. Where the Society describes a credential as verified, it has reviewed the documentation behind it.

Two practitioner levels, both clearly identified

BAMS, the university degree in Ayurvedic medicine awarded in India, and Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner, for experienced practitioners who followed another educational pathway. The difference is visible on every profile.

Education that continues after training

A bi-monthly online series, six meetings a year of 60 to 90 minutes, practitioner skills workshops, and colleagues across Europe to learn from.

Who it is for

BAMS doctors residing in Europe

Have your qualification verified and identified in the directory, take part in professional meetings, and help shape the standards for Ayurveda in Europe.

Ayurvedic practitioners and therapists

A professional profile that shows your training and experience, visibility to people looking for a practitioner, and a community to grow with.

Students of Ayurveda

Associate membership: learn, attend Society activities and build professional connections while you train.

The public

One place to find a qualified practitioner, in person or online, and to understand their background before you make contact.

December 2026

The Society opens membership applications and the practitioner directory. Applications are reviewed, credentials are verified, and the first session of the Society Continuing Education Series is announced.

If you join the waiting list, we will write to you once, when that happens.
